WHAT IS PWR HQ LATE/NO-SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
PWR HQ Policy: Please show up 10 minutes before your class begins. Your bike will be released 2 min before class start time. If you are running late and you call the studio, we will hold your bike up to 5 minutes into the class start time. If you do not call, we will release your bike 2 min before class start time. NEW RIDERS must show up a minimum of 15 minutes prior to class start time. This is for your safety and in consideration of the other riders in class. Any cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made 6 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel past the 6 hour mark, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10, if you do not cancel and simply do not show for your reserved class, you will be charged a $15 no show fee
I’VE NEVER TAKEN A SPIN CLASS BEFORE. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Every class is a little different, but one of the great things about the cycling program is that it is adaptable to your fitness level. Remember that there’s no competition. Listen to your body and adjust the resistance on your bike accordingly.
If you’re a first timer let your instructor know. He or she can make sure your bike is properly adjusted and give you a rundown on the cycling program’s five core movements and program fundamentals.
I’M NEW TO STRENGTH TRAINING. CAN I TAKE PWR CAMP CLASSES?
Absolutely! PWR Camp is designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or have been training for years. Every workout can be modified to fit your current fitness level, and our coaches are there to guide you every step of the way. we focus on proper form, building confidence, and helping you get stronger at your own pace. Don’t worry about keeping up with everyone else- we’ll meet you where you are.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the PWRHQ app. As spots become available, members are added in the order they joined the waitlist.
If you’re added to class more than one hour before the class begins, you’ll automatically be enrolled and receive a notification via email.
If a spot opens within one hour of class, our team will personally reach out to the next person on the waitlist. If we don’t receive a response, we’ll move on to the next member so the available spot doesn’t get unused.
We recommend keeping an eye on your app and notifications if you’re on the waitlist, especially on the day of class.
