Users may request deletion of their PWR HQ account and associated personal information by contacting info@pwrhq.com or by using any account-deletion functionality provided within the PWR HQ Strength & Cycle application.
Upon receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
9. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Certain app features may request access to device permissions when necessary to provide a specific feature. Where applicable, permission will be requested through your device or operating system. You can review or change device permissions through your device settings.
